Commission Program

Mutual trust and friendly cooperation is what we want to develop with you.  It is a relationship that we want to develop with the Broker/Realtor community.  Please review the following policy that is designed to protect you.

• Cooperate with you in the sale of our new homes to your clients.
• Strive to make it a very pleasant and profitable experience.
• Assist you in every possible way when you bring your clients to us.
• Pre-register using our contact page or  Builders Agreement page and register your clients.

• Commissions excludes land and allowances over normal pricing.
• Registration valid for 60 days and renewable.
• Brokers or Agent's must accompany clients on first visit.
• The commission will be paid after the first construction draw.
